REGISTRATION/PRACTISING LICENSE RENEWAL : The board would wish to gazette all paid up members starting Friday 21st February 2025 in adherence to section 8(2) of the Valuers Act cap 532. Please take this as the Last call for those yet to comply Secondly the board has observed that some of our members are deviating from the gazetted scale of fees. Members are reminded that deviating from the prescribed schedule of fees on tendering/ quoting fees outside that scale of fees is a breach of Rule 3(1) , (f) and (g) and amounts to an act of professional misconduct punishable under section 17 of the Valuers Act cap 532.
