The Board exists to regulate Land and Property Valuation practice in Kenya through;
1. Maintaining a Register of all registered valuers,
2. Annually gazetting valuers who are licensed to practice,
3. Regulating the valuation practice in Kenya by ensuring adherence to practice standards,
4. Taking disciplinary action against registered and practicing valuers on cases of malpractice reported to it.
Who can join?
Our membership is open to valuers who meet the professional and ethical standards set by the Board, which is appointed by the Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Lands.
